Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan


Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8AM until 5PM CST. After hours service is available with contract.

Warranty: Pivital Solutions guarantees our HP e3000 hardware and MPE software support. We stand behind our service by making two major guarantees. The first is that if we encounter a problem which we can not resolve, we will cover any cost to HP to assist us with a resolution. The second is that if you switch your coverage from HP to Pivital and are not satisfied with our service we will pay any cost to reinstate direct HP support on your behalf.

Replacement Parts: As a nationally authorized HP hardware vendor we are able to source parts direct from HP. We guarantee availability of an equivalent replacement product for a minimum of three years after its discontinued.

Pricing: The pricing for our HP e3000 hardware and MPE software support is based on the configuration of the server and the add-on software products licensed. Pricing begins at $100 per month and goes up accordingly.

Pivital Solutions stands behind every product we sell. We guarantee the availability of an equivalent replacement product for a minimum of three years after its discontinued.


Price request is recommended. Due to the flux of the hardware market and depending on the request of new or used hardware will determine the price.
