All our hardware and software support agreements are designed to meet your individual needs. Our service level options can be tailored to meet any requirement. Our hotline phone support is always available 7x24x365. Support options including term, time and materials, dispatch, and on-site contracts. We can even match any PSS or CSS agreement item for item. We are able to service our agreements on 2-Hour, 4-Hour, Same day, and Next day service level agreements. Hardware and software support is available 24 x 7 x 365. We are available for depot service and will in many cases provide parts on site where necessary. If that’s no enough, we will custom design a service level agreement to meet your requirements. We back up all our agreements with our "Response Time Guarantee". Unlike some support providers who "Guarantee" support response time with a pat-on-the-back, we offer a no questions asked $250 refund for each occurrence, if we can not meet the expectations set forth in our agreement. |
