The objective of these interviews will be to fully understand how both your product and information flows within the organization, and to identify opportunities for improvement. We will be focusing on how effectively GrowthPower meets the business requirements of the specific departments and your company as a whole. What functionality already exists within GrowthPower that could be utilized to meet those needs, and what additional tools your company may require to make your information flow more efficiently.
We will review policy and procedure and make recommendation for re-engineering as required. We will also endeavor to identify functionality necessary to address needs that may not exist within GrowthPower and how that functionality might be attained. The study includes cursory analysis of the physical hardware systems including most aspects of the operating environment.
The study includes an evaluation of additional database systems in place outside of GrowthPower and a means to cost effectively manage the data to maximize efficiency and to facilitate reporting.
Our Commitment - The Deliverables
We prepare a detailed written report outlining our key findings, areas for improvement and a discussion of the short and long term strategies necessary to reach your operational goals. This report is presented to your company management on the last day of the study. Emphasis is placed on recommendations for improvement and how to achieve higher performance from one of your largest and most important investments - your information systems infrastructure.
Our final report will include:
Review of company operational performance goals
Management policy and procedure
Software configuration review
Operating data review - accuracy and relevancy to support current operational goals
Analysis of information systems strategy and resources to support current business processes
Technical knowledge and staffing
Business system user skills and knowledge assessment
Review of hardware and software investment strategy required to attain goals

Should our evaluation determine that your business needs would be better served by replacing, or augmenting, GrowthPower with other software, we will not hesitate to so advise you.
