Each support agreement is designed to meet your individual needs, and we offer a variety of choices including term, time and materials, dispatch, and on-site contracts. We can deliver help by e-mail, fax, telephone, pager, or on-site visits. We even back up all our agreements with our "Response Time Guarantee". Unlike some support providers who "Guarantee" support response time with a pat-on-the-back, we offer a no questions asked $250 refund if we can not meet the expectations set forth in our agreement.
